Do Meal Replacement Bars Really Fill You Up?

With the fast paced society that we Americans live in its hard to get all the required meals our body needs to function properly. This is especially true for those people whom try to speed up their metabolism by eating 6-8 small meals a day. The good news is that that there are a plethera of meal replacement bars on the market today that fill your appetite while giving you the protein and vitamins you are looking for. Beware the fact that not all meal replacement bars will in fact “fill you up” and make sure not to be fooled by imitator meal replacement bars. One bar that I have used by Met-Rx called The Big 100 is stacked with 27 grams of protein and tastes nothing like your conventional protein bar! These bars are packed with flavor and do exactly what a meal replacement bar should which is fills you up! So rather than asking the question “do meal replacement bars really fill you up?’, you should ask yourself the question “Am I using the right meal replacement bar?”

Looking for some insight.

Currently I am taking Nano Vapor and am loving it so far but I’m always looking for more. Has anyone tried Nano Vapor and Anabolic Halo from Muscletech together. It sounds like a good combo but I don’t want to try something until I heard someone else having good results or a bad experience.  Please respond!

Crazy Pump!

It’s been day 2 on Muscletech’s Nano Vapor, I didn’t workout on Sunday due to the Super Bowl but this morning I was focused on getting to the gym to train. I did bi’s and tri’s, after a few exercises the pump was noticeable and towards the end of my workout its was crazy I forced out at least 2 or more reps per set I loved it. Its been about 5 hours since I finished and still feel the pump. Anyone looking to surpass those plateau’s that we all get give this a try.

I’m in the market for a good Nitric Oxide to take before my workout. There are so many brands out there I don’t know which one to try. I see companies like BSN, Muscletech, Gaspari Nutrition offer great products, but im looking for one that stands out. Please leave some feedback on what works for you. Thanks

Brandname v.s. Generic

It seems like when it comes to supplementation it pays to buy the well known and credible brands. Brands like Muscletech, Labrada, Optimum Nutrition, and BSN are all known for their quality. It is easy to fall into the trap of buying imitators products because they are cheaper and claim to do the same as the high end brands. Don’t be fooled by this, I know I have been in the past. Its much better to pay alittle more for something that you know is going to work rather than pay a little less and have the uncertainty of not knowing whether or not it will work. Has anyone experienced buying a cheaper, unknown brand and getting burned by it?
